Arrival & Intention Setting
You are welcomed into a sacred circle, where the practitioner introduces the ceremony, the significance of Cacao as the Medicine of the Heart, and the power of intention in releasing the old and welcoming the new.

Cacao Ritual & Meditation
With mindful presence, sip the ceremonial cacao, guided through a meditation and breathwork journey aligned with the sound of the hand pan to awaken the heart, connect with inner wisdom, and deepen self-awareness.

Integration & Reflection
Journal, draw, or pull oracle cards for personal insights, allowing space for inner reflection and emotional expression.

Bonfire Release Ritual
Together, walk to the sacred bonfire, offering written intentions into the flames as a symbolic act of release and transformation.

Flower Offering & Closing Circle
A flower is distributed to represent renewal and commitment to self- growth. We close with gratitude, sharing reflections, and honouring the journey.
