The setting was lovely. the resort is intimate and I had an oceanfront villa which allowed me to walk on the beach whilst watching the spectacular sun rise. What was exceptional was the level of personalized service I enjoyed, from my guest relations officer Mr An who went out of his way to smoothen my travel plans, to Ms Han who looked after me during meals, to Mr Thi who took care of me on the Vietage train.

We had the absolute best time! From the get go there is incredible attention to detail, we were greeted warmly and started with a welcome drink and the martial arts master showing his skills. The room was stunning, clean, private, and spacious, we especially loved the Bali bed and the private pool. We did a couple of excursions and tried the spa as well, we would absolutely recommended spending some time up there, and if you can join the yoga class in the morning! The food was incredible and all of the staff were thoughtful and kind! Turn down service left a new and exciting surprise each day, honestly it was just the most amazing trip! A great relaxing break that srill allows you to try the culture and do new things while being pampered!
