We had an amazing stay, from the beautiful upgraded room and delicious breakfast to the wonderful staff. In particular, if I remember their names correctly, Ving, our Guest Experience Manager, and Phung, the lifeguard, were absolutely wonderful — always wearing the biggest smiles, so warm, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The traditional sweets thoughtfully left in our room every night, as well as the lovely birthday surprises, were truly heartwarming and made our stay even more special. Thank you all for an unforgettable week! 🫶
