We spent almost two weeks at this hotel in early October and are still impressed. This is a truly gorgeous hotel with excellent service and location. We rented a beach villa right on the shore—and it was the perfect decision. Each villa has a personal butler who takes complete care of you. Our butler was named Sisca Budhiani—she surrounded us with care and warmth, was always available, always fresh towels and perfect cleanliness. A special thank you to her! The main feature of the hotel is that you don't have to go to meals; everything can be ordered to the villa. We haven't been to a restaurant once during the entire vacation, and that's really cool: no need to get ready, iron clothes, wait—you just enjoy the vacation. There is a certain thrill in this. We took breakfast and dinner, and that was completely enough—we didn't even take a snack for lunch. The menu is diverse, with lots of seafood caught on site, so everything is fresh and delicious. The villa is magnificent: a large pool and a gorgeous ocean view right from the bed. The water on the beach and its temperature are just amazing, the water is clear. The hotel grounds are incredibly green—a huge number of flowers and trees. The buggy service works excellently. If you want to go to the city, the butler will call a taxi, organize any excursion, in short, do everything to make the vacation unforgettable. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the cosmetics are very good and constantly replenished. The hotel managers are always accommodating: our flight was delayed, and they extended our stay for free by 8 hours. Almost every day we received compliments from the hotel—cosmetics, spices, fruits. With this hotel concept, you don't need to bring anything except swimsuits and trunks. We really hope to come back here again!

Our experience at the Anantara Maia was incredible. The views from our room were stunning; the room and property amenities were fantastic; and the staff were attentive, accommodating, and professional. Our butler, Lufthi, anticipated our needs, took care of everything we requested quickly, and even set up a special romantic dinner on the beach on our last night. The property was clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, inspiring deep relaxation. The location is gorgeous and convenient. We couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience.

The most notable thing, the kindness of our butler Lufhti, made our stay a dream. The worst part, that the hotel does not have adequate facilities to wait in case you have a late-night return flight. We requested a late check-out and they let us stay until 4pm, but until 7:30pm when they came to pick us up it felt very long. Given the category of the hotel, it would be a plus if they let guests enjoy the last day at no additional charge. The prices of drinks and food in the restaurant are excessive. Otherwise, absolute privacy in the villas and unbeatable views.
