- A non-refundable full pre-payment will be charged to your credit card upon 14 days prior to arrival date.
- A deposit of 100% of the full stay is required upon 14 days prior to arrival date.
- Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
- In case of no shows or early departure, a 100% charge of the total stay applies.
- One-time 30-minute spa experience and 90-minute welcome massage and foot ritual are applicable for up to 6 adults for 3-bedroom residences and 8 adults for 4-bedroom residences.
- The rate is subject to 8% Sales and Services Tax (SST).
