Throughout November 2025, Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara presents the fourth edition of Salalah’s leading gastronomy festival. Enjoy Michelin-starred evenings, immersive Omani cultural showcases, and signature creations from our in-house culinary masters.

Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara is honoured to welcome two of Europe’s most celebrated culinary masters both from venues of three Michelin stars each; Jacob Jan Boerma in the Netherlands, and Christian Jürgens in Germany; alongside Chef Marco Van Rutten, Executive Chef of Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, whose Michelin-trained expertise will enrich the festival’s collaborative events.

Resort Culinary Experiences:

Showcasing the resort’s exceptional culinary talent, Chef Raveevan Kahawan presents the vibrant flavours of Mekong, while Chef Sufian Akhtar takes guests on a journey through the Spice Route at Sakalan. Chef Andrea Carrone celebrates the riches of the Arabian Ocean at Al Mina, and Chefs Ammar Al Harthi and Khalood Abdullah Jamaan Khazana bring Omani traditions to life with authentic cultural nights. Completing each experience, Head Pastry Chef Khin Hnin Aung crafts exquisite desserts and pastries that provide the perfect finale to every dining occasion.
