Mind Body Movement classes connect the body and mind through movement and breath, encouraging the flow of energy and leaving one in a deep state of peace.

Classes rotate throughout the year and include:

Yoga: Improve your strength, flexibility, poise and peace of mind with a revitalising yoga session in a variety of styles, from energising Vinyasa to the yoga of awareness Kundalini and powerful Ashtanga.

Free Form Dance Movement: Move as your heart desires, letting your intuition and inner voice guide your freeform dance practice, in a way that reveals your unique self through freedom of expression and creativity.

Pilates: Focusing on controlled movements to tone the whole body, Pilates improves flexibility, coordination, balance and endurance, with an emphasis on alignment, core strength and breathing.

Tai Chi: Go with the flow as a professional instructor guides you through a series of graceful, fluid movements. A serene and gentle exercise, this ancient Chinese martial art improves balance and general health, relieves stress and creates a state of mental calm and clarity.

Qi Gong: This ancient Chinese holistic health practice combines gentle fluid movements with the breath and focused intention to cultivate and balance vital energy flow, and a calm, clear state of mind.

Muay Thai: Muay Thai is Thailand’s traditional martial art form and a great way to get fighting fit. Master the “art of eight limbs” using knees, shins, feet and elbows with a professional instructor helping to improve your technique, coordination, stamina and flexibility.

Pranayama: ‘Prana’ means universal life force and ‘ayama’ means to regulate or extend. Enhance your vital energy source through breathing techniques that nurture a serene mind and leave you feeling more energised, positive and vibrant.
