Our evening at Shintaro, Anantara Siam Bangkok, was honestly such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived until the end of the evening, everything felt just right, and it’s definitely one of the dining experiences we’ll remember for a long time. The ambience at Shintaro is beautiful — elegant and sophisticated, but still warm and welcoming. It creates such a lovely atmosphere to sit back, relax, and enjoy a proper Japanese dining experience. The sushi and sashimi were absolutely fantastic. Everything was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. You can really appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into every dish. But what really made the evening special for us was the people. The team were genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming, and we never felt like we were just another table. The little touches, genuine smiles, and personal attention made such a difference. A very special thank you to Mimi, Chef Ong, Sora, and Chef Few. You were all amazing and truly made our evening extra special. Your warmth, kindness, and personal touch are something we will definitely remember. Shintaro is a place where great food, a beautiful setting, and genuine hospitality come together perfectly. If you love Japanese food, especially sushi and sashimi, we would definitely recommend giving Shintaro a try. We had a fantastic evening and are already looking forward to coming back! ❤️🍣

The food here is amazing, especially the salmon sashimi in the Shintaro salad, one of the best bites of Salmon I’ve ever had. Service by Khun Mimi, Ben, and Chef Ong was wonderful. Thank you so much for a lovely dinner!

The food was delicious, clean, and the atmosphere was good. The service was excellent, Mr. and Mr. Ben were very accommodating, would come to visit again often. Additionally recommend a set dinner like lunch set is very good because some of you are not comfortable to eat at lunch.If there is an addition to the part of the dinner, it is very good to add photos to the part of the menu.
