5-Star Service from Facas, Tom, Pancake, and Bear. We visited Madison Steak Avenue for the Saturday set lunch and enjoyed dishes including lobster bisque, Australian beef tenderloin, half chicken, truffle parmesan fries, and excellent sauces. Booked through Eatigo with 50% off, it was great value for the quality. The best part was the team. Facas gave us a warm welcome, Tom was very professional and attentive, Pancake was cheerful and kind, and Bear made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Each of them made the meal feel personal and memorable. Beautiful setting, delicious food, and wonderful people. 5/5.

Visited in late September and the experience was disappointing. Ordered a 350g ribeye medium rare, but it came out closer to blue rare and didn’t taste good at all. The steak alone cost about THB 5,600 after tax/service, which felt unreasonable. Atmosphere was average, corkage fee THB 2,500++ with low-quality glasses, and tableware didn’t match the high prices. Other dishes were also overpriced and underwhelming I didn’t even take photos as I lost the mood. Perhaps I was just unlucky that day, and I’m not sure if the head chef was actually present or not, but consistency should be expected at this level.
