The Anantara hotel was a great place to stay with all amenities, top notch services and excellent hospitality. I genuinely had anything i could need in the room or a call to the reception away.

We stayed as a family (with 4 children aged 9 to 15) at the Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort, and the experience was remarkable from start to finish. THE LOCATION The hotel is a bit out of the way, but that is precisely what makes it charming: a magnificent location by the river, with a free river shuttle that then serves other strategic points (Skytrain, shopping center, etc.). You have the tranquility of the river and you can easily reach the rest of Bangkok. THE STAFF, THE BIG STRONG POINT Availability, kindness, constant smiles, benevolence, and efficiency: we have never seen this at this level. From the housekeeping staff to the restaurant staff, including the front desk, everyone is very attentive. Several people even went beyond our requests: one of them checked for us that the shuttle would indeed come to pick us up on time during check-out, others offered us alternatives to save time and money on our trips, while making our travel more interesting. A real added value. And they were adorable with our children, ALL of them without exception! THE ROOMS Always impeccably clean. The housekeepers we would run into during the day would regularly ask us if we had enough water or if we were missing anything, always with a smile and making the effort to speak English. THE TABLE The restaurant offers a very wide selection. At breakfast, there are even homemade gluten-free breads, as well as juices, fruits, etc. It was incredible. THE POOL Magnificent, with very efficient poolside service and a surprisingly complete menu of drinks and dishes for this type of service. A STONE'S THROW FROM THE HOTEL - A small adjoining shopping center (about thirty shops, grocery store, restaurants): very convenient for walking around, eating quickly, doing some shopping, or having a coffee. - From the hotel, you can reach small, typical, and very friendly restaurants nearby. - Asiatique The Riverfront, very close by, is a very beautiful Asian market with attractions for young and old: a walk along the river, restaurants, games for children, and even Jurassic World. A very lovely evening with the family. A big thank you to all the people we had the chance to interact with at this fabulous hotel. You can go there with your eyes closed!
