Our 5th visit to the resort. I think that speaks volumes. We cannot find a single fault with the hotel. There are lots of activities, but it’s also the perfect place to switch off and unwind. You arrive as guests, but leave as family. Already working out when we can visit again.

Absolutely incredible, breathtaking experience from start to finish. One of the most beautiful landscapes I have ever seen. I was reluctant to drive this far from Dubai but I now understand why the resort has to be located exactly where it is. The rolling dunes are like nothing I have ever seen before in the GCC or anywhere in the world. Couldn't recommend it more and the value for money was worthwhile. The room was beautiful with breathtaking views of the desert, luxury amenities, a round bathtub, comfortable bed. Service was excellent, but slow at the infinity pool. Food was incredible too - breakfast was great, Latin American steakhouse was also excellent, as was the lunch at the infinity pool bar. Couldn't recommend it more. Thank you!!!

The result is beautiful. Their location is stunning. And they have done very well to maintain the resort in such a wonderful location. The staff are always wonderful, kind and friendly. Food is great and the activities are well thought out. The kids club is a bit boring and too small and the pool service needs more waiters. Aside from this - Butler service is fabulous - and the one bed and two bed pool villas are fantastic. This is our 10th visit!!
