Once again, the Anantara Roma exceeded my expectations; raising my experience to an even higher level than before (and this was my third stay!). Most notably was the hotel staff's courtesy, respect, and attentiveness to my every need--often anticipating with great accuracy! I felt very "at home" given the staff's interpersonal style and graciousness; like coming home to family over the holidays where one can catch up on all of life's events since your last visit. In many ways, the person-to-person encounters made me reflect fondly on my childhood memories of large family get-togethers and how I miss that period of my life very much. Grazie mille, Anantara!
