Beautiful please and great customer service

We are absolutely loving our holiday experience here. It was a concern before we arrived, as the forecast on the weather apps was showing a lot of rain, but we have only had a few heavy downpours that hasn’t affected our holiday at all. The rest of the time it’s been sunny and glorious. Sitting in the dappled shade on the beach it’s stunningly beautiful and probably one of the best beaches we have ever visited. The tide varies and is sometimes out in the morning so it can be a bit of a walk,but no hardship. When you get to the sea it’s warmer than the pool. Yesterday it was 38degrees probably too hot for a refreshing swim, but the shower by the beach soon cools you down. The beach staff, like everyone else are on hand for moving umbrellas bringing fresh towels, food or drink, whatever you want. We are in a garden suite with a partial sea view. It’s a superb room beautifully laid out. The bed is really comfortable and the suite excellently maintained by housekeeping. The grounds are perfectly maintained, and the pool lovely. The pool is 33 degrees so sitting at the swim up bar at happy hour with there 3 for 2 deal is a pleasure. Dipping in and out of such a warm pool is a delightful. The team here behind the bar as with everyone else are on point. Always with a smile. I know there are a lot of compliments going on, but we can’t fault it in any way. I have left the best bit to last. The staff, they are all incredibly polite and friendly and attentive you couldn’t want for any more. Even the gardening team, which is extensive, all have a smile and a nod for you. There are far to many to mention but August the Duty Manager has sorted us out with everything we have needed. We have eaten out a few nights, and he has booked the restaurants and sorted the taxis. He had provided us with itineraries and weather and tide levels to our phone every morning and he is always wanting to know if he can help. Couldn’t be better. There are a few others Louise one of the managers has always been on had to take a few pictures for us and Ann and Nunchet have been excellent in the resuraunt. It’s lovely how at every breakfast they are coming around with different concoctions of juices and nibbles all delicious. Looking forward to our last few days. We had a wonderful experience at Anantara Koh Yao Yai Resort, and what truly made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality and outstanding service. A very special thank you to August, the Duty Manager, and Louise, the Senior Manager, for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care throughout our stay. Both went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of. Their personal attention, willingness to help, and dedication to guest satisfaction made a real difference in our experience. It’s rare to come across such thoughtful and attentive hospitality, and we truly appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you, August and Louise, for making our stay so memorable! You are a true asset to Anantara, and we would definitely love to return!
