I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The customer service was truly outstanding from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was met with a smile, genuine kindness, and a willingness to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I really appreciated the attention to detail and the care shown throughout my stay. It’s clear that the hotel takes great pride in looking after its guests. Excellent customer service can make all the difference to a hotel experience, and this team certainly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. A truly very beautiful resort, even if unfortunately the rain accompanied us for almost the entire stay. Our water villa was very large, spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful pool. Access to the sea was also pleasant, despite the presence of some dead coral. At low tide you could walk to the area near the coral reef, with the rocks clearly visible along the path. Our butler's service was excellent, always attentive and available. A special mention to the spa: the massages finally resolved a shoulder pain I had had for months! The only aspect we would have liked different is the dining. Dinner in the included restaurant always provided à la carte service, with some dishes subject to a supplement, while the other restaurants were for a fee. We would have appreciated at least a buffet option in the restaurant included in the stay. Wonderful, on the other hand, the underwater restaurant: a truly special experience! Overall, a beautiful stay in a splendid facility, with very attentive service and some room for improvement in the dining formula.

Our experience at Anantara Kihavah villa was absolutely wonderful. We tried sea,fire manzaru，spice and honestly, every single one was really good. The food, service, and overall experience were much better than we expected from some of the reviews we saw on RedNote. Definitely worth trying for yourself! And thank you to our lovely Villa Hostess, Skyler, who took such great care of us throughout our stay. She always remembered even the smallest things and was incredibly quick to help whenever we needed anything. We’ll definitely miss this place…..
