Join our Eco-Friendly Mixology Master Class and learn how sustainability can inspire creativity. Begin with a garden walk to pick seasonal fruits and herbs before crafting your own cocktails with homemade syrups and cordials. Guided by our expert mixologists, you will create, taste and refine balanced drinks while uncovering simple ways to reduce waste while making your favourite concoctions.

Fridays between 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
