The location,site,accomodation are a delight but what really makes Anatara so good is the staff,each and everyone we met from senior management who make themselves seen and available to the knowledgble and lovely Sue and Kokala in the restraunt ,pool staff who provide cool flanels and iced water on tap,gardening and security staff with warm welcoming smiles,the real asset here is they have the best hotel staff weve ever experienced,a great credit to the whole team

We recently held a company event at Anantara Desaru Coast and had a very good experience overall. The venue and surrounding environment were beautiful, well maintained and provided a great setting for our event. The staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful throughout the event. The service was excellent and the team assisted us well with our arrangements, which made everything run smoothly. The food was also very good, with a nice selection and everything we had was delicious. Overall, a great venue for corporate events with excellent service, helpful staff, good food and a beautiful environment. We had a very positive experience.
