A beautiful hotel with outdated guest rooms.

The architecture designed by Kerry Hill is beautiful and timeless, but its outdated interior of guest rooms are ancient and poor in functionality especially the bathroom area is just not up to the global standards and definitely does not match its high price tag.

Thank you so much to Khun Namneung, Khun Jiban, Khun Yok, and the entire hotel team! Everything went so smooth. The whole team was so skilled, quick, efficient, and super sweet. The guests kept complimenting non-stop about how happy they were—the venue was beautiful, flowers were gorgeous, food was delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The event execution was totally seamless, and we felt so well taken care of throughout the whole trip. 🥰🙏❤️❤️❤️

My second time staying at Anantara - first at Lanai in Phuket and this time in Chiangmai. We stayed at one of the Lana garden suite for 5 nights and we couldn't ask for more. The hospitality, the cleaness of the room and across the property, the location, the suite benefits, the food and the spa - it was one of my best stays in Thailand. Highly highly recommend this resort for everyone.
