Functional Recovery Programme
When Your Body Needs More Than Relaxation
Stiff shoulders. A sore back. Tight muscles that simply won't let go.
Whether it's long hours at a desk, extended travel, intense training, or the physical demands of an active lifestyle, tension can build up in ways that affect how your body feels and moves.
The Functional Recovery Programme is a focused wellbeing experience designed to help relieve built-up tension, stiffness and fatigue across the body. Combining purposeful movement, thermal therapy and a targeted 90-minute massage, each element works together to prepare, release and restore.
Your Recovery Journey Includes:
45-minute Private Yoga or Private Muay Thai
Choose the movement experience that best supports your body. Stretch, mobilise and reconnect through private yoga, or activate and energise through a personalised Muay Thai session.
30-minute Thermal Sanctuary
Experience the restorative benefits of a cold plunge, steam room and infrared sauna. The combination of heat and cold helps stimulate circulation, ease muscle fatigue and support recovery, while preparing the body for a deeper massage.
90-minute Functional Recovery Massage
A focused treatment targeting areas of tension and discomfort, helping to release tight muscles, improve mobility and restore a greater sense of physical ease.
Ideal for:
- Desk-bound professionals experiencing neck, shoulder or lower-back tension
- Frequent travellers dealing with stiffness after long journeys
- Athletes and active individuals seeking post-training recovery
- Anyone experiencing persistent muscle fatigue, tension or stiffness across the body
